Dr. Frannie Léautier was Senior Vice President African Development Bank (AfDB). She is Founder and Managing Partner, the Fezembat Group; Eminent Person Trade and Development Bank (TDB); and advises the Chairman of OCP.
Dr. Léautier was Chairperson and Co-Founding Partner Mkoba Fund. She was Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President of the World Bank; and Ex-ecutive Secretary the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF).
