The Fijian (COP23) and Polish Presidencies (COP24) will synthesize the information and insights gained during the “Talanoa year 2018” to provide a strong evidence-based foundation for the political phase of the Talanoa Dialogue at the COP. The wrap-up of all Talanoa submissions will take place in the first week of COP24 also considering implications of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Special Report on Global Warming of 1.5°C.
