Cosima Richardson

Richardson is the Founder and CEO of Kynd Hair: The first plant-based hair extensions brand in Europe. With Kynd Hair, Richardson aims to replace plastic synthetic hair, which is usually made from toxic chemicals and cannot be recycled, leading to millions of kg of plastic waste. After finishing her master’s degree in marketing, the entrepreneur worked for well-known consumer brands, like Oatly. In 2024, she was honored as a Kultur- und Kreativpilotin (a cultural and creative award) by the German Government.
