Xenia zu Hohenlohe

Xenia zu Hohenlohe was a Founding Partner & CSO with the Considerate Group, a change-making company that helps hospitality businesses operate sustainably. Having attended her first climate talk in 1989, because of taking Environmental Systems as a core subject of her International Baccalaureate programme, she has been an active advocate for environmental conservation ever since her teens. Consequently, her drive to be able to deliver sustainable solutions in the industry she ended up working in, the hospitality sector, led her to create Considerate Group Ltd in 2012.  The mission of the business having been to offer the hospitality sector a platform with hands-on services and innovative technologies for sustainable business solutions. Xenia had originally began her career in the hotel industry over 25 years ago, working for international hotel groups across the globe, living in countries such as Spain, Mexico, Singapore and Morocco. In 2022 HM King Charles III tasked her with creating the Hospitality & Tourism Task Force, which she co-chairs with Glenn Manzukic, CEO of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance. Her involvement with the Sustainable Markets Initiative through this task force has encouraged her to ‘step-up’ her engagement with the initiative and hence her move to become a full-time member of the team, where she is now the Chief Engagement & Strategy Officer.
